Description

Round wooden window hand made in Portugal using Chestnut, Oak or Sapele

Oak is a hardwood with a light brown tone in its raw form, however with most varnishes it takes on a darker tone. Oak is known for its high durability and when an oak window is well installed and maintained can last generations. Chestnut has a slightly lighter tone, and sapele has a deep red brown tone when varnished.

I make my windows using 48 pieces of timber laminated together meaning the windows are very strong and resistant to movement over time.

Opens with a central horizontal pivot. Please note these windows are not to be installed on a vertical pivot. This would require extra weather sealing and bearings to operate sucessfully.

Please allow at least 4-5 weeks before shipping as windows are made to order. For orders of more than one window please expect a slight delay to shipping, especially if windows are different sizes.
